The dirty bugger.
Steve only went out and made a porn site.
*I might be lying here, the term 'porn' tends to attract a lot of traffic.

I was browsing youtube for a Drum and Bass video, namely 'Download' by Clipz. I found it, but in the right hand side 'related' pane I saw a mentioning of Swansea Uni - cool! When I saw it, it turns out it was the set i was front row at, so you can see me dancing like a twat by the MC's chest at 1:04. yay!
Yes, I know
You've all been bugging me to tell you what the definitive breaks compilation mix is of all time.

Modified PowerBook Side / Rear

Out of all the gadgets I've bought over the years, and out of all the laptops I own (and theres a few hehe) my Apple Powerbook G4 12" is by far my favourite. Not only from the technical side of things about how Apples work, etc, but because it's simply nice to look at and more importantly use.
Being a geek is my trade, and there are few things I own which are left unmodified. My powerbook is certainly not what you would call standard what with various upgrades done under the hood, but my favourite modification has to be the old style 'rainbow' logo on the lid of the powerbook, which glows when I'm using it. Makes a cool change to the usual ice white glow these normally come with. I like it anyway ;)

I didn't do particularly well in my degree, I only had a third. Still, it's a degree and shall be treated as no less. I spent a few days after getting my results getting drunk, doing nothing in particular, and worrying about the future.
Something worked out, though. Today was the first day of my new Job as a Software Support Engineer at a (duh) software company, Ubiquity. To say that im lucky, thankful, and grateful to get the job is an understatement, and I wouldnt be here typing this paragraph if it wasn't for Kris who got me an interview in the first place :)

A Useful guide for securing your OSX system. Not entirely useful in the respect that it only covers 10.3.x, but nonetheless a useful read if you want a better insight to locking down your box :)

I have noticed a direct correlation between public toilet cubicles being 'out of order' and exam times. Make what you will out of it.

I wanted to show Dave one of the high points of Swansea, but the heavens opened up. I still took this and a couple of other shots though. 5 Second Shutter, using the car roof as my tripod ;)

This is the first post made using the client I wrote. YAY!
Puncture...
Nice drive back from Bristol...
Work was incredibly laid back...
Had to spend £70 on new front tyres (needed them anyway)...
Worked on Matts HCI coursework with good results...
Got old laptop working..now have to lug 2 laptops to uni with me, due the Powerbook being a Mac, not a PC and my final year project requires a PC..d'oh
Ordered some very spicy Grado SR80s thanks to Steve and Mooglies....
Sorted the sister's laptop escapade, with no thanks off anyone (grr)...
Built SUCSs SilverII. Ram problems aside, heh...but that's a very minor issue...
Implemented completely the wrong version of the AtomAPI on my blog client, thus answering the reason as to why i've been having problems with it lately. Seyhan, you nonce. Literally.

I needed to add some more diskspace to my 12" Apple Powerbook. The trouble is, is that it's less than a month old. I'd already obtained a brand new spanky high capacity drive, so i thought 'sod it' and ripped the thing apart.
Not exactly for the faint of heart, but it's easy enough if you have a stead and light hand, some good quality tools and plenty of paranoia.

Myself, Steve and a few others arranged a suprise birthday party for our good friend Dave's 22nd birthday. It was indeed a roaring box-worthy success, and here are some pics!

Today's History of Computation lecture was easily the scariest lecture i have , ever attended in all my academic life. I pity the poor guy that the lecturer unleashed on, eeeeeeek.
